New to epilepsy... Why so late in life??

I started to have seizures in 2015. I was taking Topamax for migraines. The very first time I took Topamax I had my very first seizure. Well, my neurologist figured let's just up the dose. As the dose increased and increase the seizures worsened and worsened. I had been on two previous anticonvulsant drugs for stabilizing mood because of bipolar disorder. I began to wonder if it wasn't all the anticonvulsant that caused the seizures in the first place. By the way I have focal seizures. They have always been complex partial seizures except for a couple tonic-clonic seizures and which I was still awake but not aware. I remember the first seizure I ever had like it was yesterday. My mom asked me where her purse was and then I just blanked out and then I just froze up like a board. I could hear people talking but could not answer. My eyes darted left and right vibrated like crazy. Things only got stranger from there. I started to have an aura that warned me of seizures to come. I would get this almost Pleasant sensation on my tailbone and soon found out that was the only warning I would have for a long time. Well that's the beginning of my story. I was recently put on Keppra but have found out that it makes me very tired and angry LOL which is not good for the fact that I have a 6 year old. Thanks for listening

not sure what you are asking... one can have seizures start at any age, just higher incidence at beginning and end of life so no age is immune.
