Hi cloudy,
If you are not happy and frightened about going on the new anti depressant, why are you doing it?
I am not saying do not do it. I am just hoping it is something you have thought about and are not being told to do or pressured into taking. lexapro can be difficult to withdraw from.
Lamictal works as an anti anxiety as well as an anticonvulsant.
There are many many therapies to try for depression.
Pills are definetly not the only solution, and definetly not the best or fastest or safest or longest lasting solution either.
much love,
marty
As to the weird dreams on lamictal- I am not experiencing this yet am only at 100mg. I do sometimes wake up around 4am with very profound thoughts that seem to come out of dreams though...

you might try asking your doctor about ativan. It helps me sleep. I only take as needed.
Good Luck
