Dude : a proper mix of Keppra, Primidol, and Tegretol and toss in some salt tablets - like a gram 3 times a day.  Worked wonders for me.  Took them a long time to get the mix right - but it worked. But key is see a doctor (but keep in mind neuologists love to try out meds).  Neurosurgeons are the BEST.  They cut my AVM out.  Close to clean since...
