I have nocturnal epi, with tonic clonics at night and simple partials any time. Tegretol stops the tonic clonics, but I still get SPS. One night after a very long day of physical/mental/emotional stress, when moving house, I woke up to simultaneous SPS and severe muscle cramps in both legs. Unpleasant indeed, but I had an interesting thought. Maybe a seizure is like a cramp, but in the brain. When they were happening there was something about how they happened which seemed very similar, and when massaging the muscles I could feel the muscles spasming once they started to loosen up. So the combination of dehydration + physical/mental/emotional stress/low electrolytes could be the key. It's important to note that Epi meds can actually cause dehydration.

I'd double check vaccination records.... They cause damage for many months after getting them (lifetime actually)
