How do we feel happy

Fri, 08/22/2014 - 15:59

I often feel sad and depressed living with JME. I'm nervous and have constant anxiety that I will have a seizure in my sleep. Also I used to be 130 points 2 years ago when I was diagnosed. Now I'm 18 and 147 pounds not knowing if I should increase my dose of meds because I have gained weight. Also I have constant leg weakness. How does everyone keep going.
