Are there any teens here?

From what i've seen, there's only adults here. I'm 17 and i'd like to find someone near my age to look around for.

I started having seizures in 2005. I'm 19 and going to graduate high school this May. Missed the 2nd semester of my junior year due to being in the hospital for 3 months. I have refractory seizures already on 6th different med and have the VNS. My seizures occur every 3 to 4 days. Im taking Keppra, Lyrica and Lamictal. Been on dilatin, trileptal, depakote didnt help.
I hate E it has truly changed my life. So glad to have found this site. Glad to be able to chat with other teens about E.

Im just brand new to this site. Im 17 years old and i would like to know more about other teens who've experienced absent seizures like me.

hey, i'm a teen here. I read your comment. I have experienced seizures since i was a year old. I'm eighteen now and i hate them. I've tried at least twenty three medications and none of them have worked. I also have the VNS therapy thing...or whatever....and it helps sometimes. My medications are so expensive. Right now i'm taking Lamictol and Keppra. What do you take? *****Keep your heart one step ahead of your brain****
