Hi there :-) Stress, whether emotional or physical, is one of my biggest triggers that would cause me to have a seizure. It never surprises me when I'm at work and get hit with an unexpected seizure. I work with pre-school students where my afternoon students caused me the most stress. Try having an ADHD like student and you'll understand why I get stressed out. I'm battling with the father and his son at the same time a few months ago...and oh Lord! It was tough! My seizure hit me the next morning. Try waking up in your classroom with all these kids staring at you and freaked out. Not a good feeling :-( Seizuregirl "Life is what you make of it"

I don't think I can imagine that at all :( and you're right, what a terrible feeling. My coworkers are grown adults and they still look at me worriedly and ask frequently if I'm ok after my seizure at work. I wish I could put their minds at ease, but I imagine it's a terrible feeling to watch a seizure.
