seizures at night

Mon, 01/03/2005 - 18:50

I have a question to ask anyone out there.  I have complex partial seizures.  I do not know what happened, but this morning I woke up and my back was killing me.  I would like to know if it is possible if someone like myself could have a seizure at night, and hurt their back by doing something to it?  Reason I ask this is because I did nothing that I can think of that would have hurt my back this much

Hello yes I know how you feel I do get my seizures mostly at night also.I don't know why I do. I use to get about 20 seizures petit mal or Psychomotor one after the other. It was hard but since the doctor increased my Gabapentine and my primidone now I don't get as much. But it seams like I get it mostly once a month.for a few days then I feel better. With Psychomotor you get stiff and don't notice it and it sure hurts your muscles.I get sore muscle on my left side shoulder and it hurts for a few days. I have to take Artritus pills for the pain. Well I hope this helps you  So Take care and Maybe the doctor needs to increase your medication or change the time you take them at.I take more when I go to bed at night.
