You will be turned down

You will be turned down several times before ever getting it. Unless you are having many seizures a day or week and they  hinder you. It would probably need your neurologists letting them see yur medical records regarding the seizures you have or have had. SSDI trun people down after recieving the information in about 6 months. You can then apply again which will generally be turned down again. The way a friend of mine got his is by talking to Binder and binder and tehy applied for him. So what happened was he went to a law firm who presses SSID with information. I got it fast because I went to them too but I also has a seizure while speaking to the agent.

I have recently been

I have recently been diagnosed with epilepsy,  on April 11th I had my first seisure at work. They thought I just blacked out. I went for an MRI and an MRA only to be told that my right vertebral artery was hyperplastic and that I have a Arachnoid Cyst that is quite large. I was on workers compensation due to the broken nose on April 11th. I haven't been back to work since. I am now about to be collecting short term disability. I suffered three more seisures on June 25th and hospitalized for three days. I was told I cannot drive for three months, I'm on Keppra twice a day and 750mg. I have a phone interview with Social Security on September 1st to file for disability. Does anyone have any advice or insights? I'm lost and confused.Thank you!!~Deb
