Seeing flashing lights in my vision

Fri, 06/04/2010 - 13:17

Hi,

I was diagnosed in March with E. I am wondering if this has anything to do with E or if it's my eyes.

when I sit on my patio at night I will see a FLASH of light and it's not lightening. The other night the whole sky was vibrating when I looked at it.

Anyone with experience similar?

I haven't been Diagnosed with

I haven't been Diagnosed with one, but when I was 16, I had a big impact on the right side of the temple while running in the hallway. Actually, A friend of mine, who had no prior history of seizures had a seizure after he tripped on an item, and hit his head, he had a seizure, not even two minutes after the impact. Could what I am experiencing be related to abnormal electrical activity in the brain. I have migraines and auras as well, but these dot flashes happen randomly.

Lamictil and keppra together

Submitted by Ness408 on Sun, 2019-01-06 - 04:32
Lamictil and keppra together is what my Dr. Has been giving me. She said that I couldn't swim or take baths anymore. These medications and their side effects made my gran Mal seizures worse. And when I would skip a dose it was frightening. I had seizures 3-4 times a week. I stopped taking my medication in August 2018.. seizure free ever since. But still the white flashes sporadically show up
