Hi Sweetie, (sounds as if I'm talking to Mrs.Cool!). The key phrase in NC's provision is whether your E is 'well under control'. My MD is on my side since all my sz are nocturnal. Hardly any DMV will risk legal entanglement against the professional opinion of a doc. Watch your meds, take good care of yourself, and enlist your physician's help to keep your driving priviledge. But most of all, be brutally honest with yourself about if you really ought to be behind the wheel. Keep smilin'- cc
