MODERN DAY EPILEPSY

Wed, 02/17/2016 - 14:01

RESEARCH INTO THE BRAIN ACTIVITY HAS HELPED US GET A BETTER UNDERSTANDING OF EPILEPSY AND WHY WE HAVE IT. IN THE PAST 45 YEARS I'VE HAD IT I'VE SEEN SO MANY NEW DRUGS, TESTING, ECT AND RESEARCH IS NEVERENDING. SO MANY PEOPLE HAVE IT BUT BECAUSE IT IS A BRAIN/MIND IT WAS SELDOM SPOKEN OF, EVEN IN FAMOUS PEOPLE'S BIOS. NOW WE KNOW ITS NOTHING TO HIDE OR BE ASHAMED OF. IF I MENTION MINE USUALLY SOMEONE WILL TELL ME OF THEMSEVES OR ANOTHER WHO HAVE IT ALSO. THIS IS A MEDICAL CONDITION OF THE BRAIN NOT THE MIND AND THERE ARE MANY KINDS. EVERYONE'S IS UNIQUE TO THEM JUST LIKE OTHER CONDITIONS AND THERE ARE WONDERFUL NEW TREATMENTS. MY EPILEPSY IS NOT CONTROLLED, MANY DRUGS + A VNS, BUT I KNOW THERE ARE MANY NEW OPTIONS AND I WILL NEVER STOP TRYING AS NO ON SHOULD.
