Living with someone with epilepsy.

Hello everyone. My 17 year old has epilepsy and I'm concerned that she would have seizures in her sleep. She has her own room and sleeps alone. Does anyone have any suggestions besides me getting up 10 or more times a night to check on her?

Thats a great idea.  Thanks. Her medicine had her seizures under control. She had a seizure a couple of nights ago, but before then she was seizure free for around 2 years.

I was going to say look at baby monitors but I see Kristy already did. I think that is the best way at this time.
