Living arrangements while on disability?
Sun, 12/01/2013 - 17:26I have catamenial epilepsy, so I have seizures on average about once a month. They are grand mal seizures, sometimes just in bed resulting in extra exhaustion and a bit tongue, but sometimes a busted up face and a trip to the hospital. My boyfriend and I, who were living together, broke up and now... Now I don't know what to do. I'm on disability making $700 a month and have no idea how to find a living situation that will keep me safe that I can afford. I just... What do I do? My parents are out of the picture and my friends are all in transitional places in their lives, getting married, on campus in grad school, etc etc, so they're out too. Are there any assistance programs out there for situations like this?
