Hi, I am Pilk Ive had epilepsy since I was 15 I am now 53
Mon, 03/20/2006 - 01:07 I have had many wonderous experiances with epilepsy,the drugs used to combat it,survival of seizures in the worst circumstances imaginable and living life on the fringes of society.
If you have to be "nice" to be here then I will be banned quickly.
EPILEPSY IS NOT NICE.

I see we're both Baby Boomers.
I've had epilepsy since I was 3... and I'm now 52. Any horror story you can come up with I'm sure I can parallel ...in fact many people here have experienced the same.
Epilepsy not nice?
I never remembered the seizures ,and was never hurt physically, IMO what hurt was coping with the ignorant societal attitude.
