Epileptic with all normal tests?
Tue, 01/20/2015 - 11:33Hey everyone! I was wondering if there is anyone here who has epilepsy that has had all normal tests? I have several Tonic Clonic seizures a month, sometimes up to 3 a day but my EEG, video EEG, MRI, and CT scan have all come back normal. Has anyone had a similar experience and may help shed some light on this for me?

Thanks Jazz101! And I don't in any way disagree with Joe, his comment eased me a lot, as does yours. As for the vocabulary the doctors used, I am unsure for I have very, very little memory of that point in time and was in fact updated by my husband that they had said "normal" although he may be mistaken on the specific word usage. I am however, hoping to move to a team at a nearby Johns Hopkins as they are more specialized in this area by far than where I was originally directed. Thank you so much for all the support everyone!!!
