Driving: Does your doctor tell you if they report your seizures to take your licence?

I don't have a drivers licence. I am wondering if the doctor reported me anyway? They ask if I have a licence and when I say no, it's always 'ohhh'.
The reason I am asking is because I don't want to have a record BEFORE I even get a licence!
Will the doctor TELL you if they reported you? Or do they just quietly report you? Will they report you if you don't even have a licence?

The department of D.O.L sent me a form to have the doctor to fill out. I have had epelipsey for over 30 years but I have been seizure free for 14 years. The doctor said I have dementia but I have epelipsey. The doctor is going to take my drivers license away in a week I will lose it for 6 months. This is unfare she is a medical doctor not a neurologist. How do I keep from losig my license
