still can't get into the chatroom.It's over 7 wks now and still no luck.Barbie and Spiz I want to thank you for all your help.I tried what you said about Java and nothing happened when I tried to chat with ya all.Next step?Thank you so much for all your help

Hi all ,yes I have tried the Java update.My husband tried everything he could think of also.Still the same as always,no chatting for me! Anything else you can think of?Thanks again to both of you

Hi Maggie -
i just sent you an e-mail with another troubleshooting idea. Can you look at it, try it out, and let me know if it works? By doing this, we can find out if the problem is on your machine, or on the version of the app running on the epilepsy.com server.
