Tegretol & Pregnancy

I am taking 800mg of Tegretol a day, my partner & I are thinking about starting a family & are now getting ready so it can be a safe, healthy & fun time. I have read so much about meds & defects & all sorts but I was hoping to get some real experiences.
I am seeing my Neuro in 2 months but am so impatient & can't wait that long for answers.
Has anyone been on Tegretol & had a safe & healthy pregnancy?
What are the chances of having difficulties, what are these difficulties?
Have you struggled after giving birth?
Any advice from anyone on Tegretol that is pregnant or has a bubba is much appreciated :)
