The meds for tend to do that

The meds for tend to do that to you especially if your taking a high amount or two or more types.  I've been having the same problem for four years and all they have suggested is to do brain training type things like games or puzzles that exercise your mind. I have been having issues with finding words and it makes me feel dumb, doctors say to practice specific words and say them out loud often but it's not like im going to practice having a conversation before it even happens.

I have short teem memory issues also. I would forget my meds all the time. I use several epilepsy apps on my phone that have great reminders. I can now take my meds on time. Most of my seizures happen while i am sleeping. My neurologist said that them memory issues can be related. Kind of like a seizures hang over.  I would log any memory lapses and see if they arecorresponding with seizue episodes
