Tue, 03/24/2015 - 17:39hi i am a 43 yr old women have had seizures all my life i have peti mal and generalized seizures i would like to know if there is any one here that has tried this diet or just limits themselves from certain food i have seizures all my life but they have never been fully under control that is why im seeking information on this diet right on im on keppra xr and depakote

the ketonegit diet is a way for some people to help control their seizures. There is also a revised adkins diet which is being or has been looked at by the EFA and neurologists. If you have a good relationship with yur neurologist call him and ask about both of the diets.
