Hi thereI'm based in Cape Town. No matter how much experience your Gynae has in fertility in epileptic patients, he/she will always consult with your neurologist anyway. Rather search for a gynae who specialises in fertility and let her/him set up a meeting with your neurologist. Remember that the primary concern here is keeping your epilepsy under control. Epilepsy as a condition won't affect your fertility or pregnancy (unless you injure yourself through a seizure). It is the MEDS. Depending on your regime, you should first deal with the meds before trying to get pregnant. Good luck!
