Something New Happened Could It Be A Seizure Also?

Tue, 12/27/2016 - 00:30
am a 39 year female, I have lupus and was diagnosed with a seizure disorder (temporal lobe seizures) last year after describing many, many episodes of deja vu and other symptoms to my neurologist. I am on Lamictal and Topamax. He's also calling it Migralepsy among other things. I know what those seizures feel like, they are very familiar to me. I experienced something different on Saturday though and it reminded me of a seizure because of how it felt but I can't find any descriptions that match it exactly. I'm hoping that someone here can maybe tell me if they've experienced something like this or if they've heard of anything like this? I was at a movie and suddenly I felt a strange sensation in my stomach, I felt a change in my consciousness, not like I was going to lose consciousness but just that kind of like 'Oh boy, something weird is happening' feeling, my eyes looked to the right like I couldn't help it and I just stopped for a while. I was completely aware though because in my head I was wondering what was wrong with me. After it was over my legs relaxed and it was only then that I realized that my muscles all over had tensed up, my hands were kind of clasped together strangely, it's possible I was fidgeting during this but I'm not completely sure. Then it happened again a few seconds later. Sorry this is so long but I want to make sure I explain it as well as I can. This has never happened to me before. Does anyone have any idea what this was? Thank you very much in advance for any help.
