Seizures once a month during period

My daughter had the operation to stop seizures now after 2 years they are back. She had seizures at night. Added more medicine now seizure happened at 2:30 in the afternoon. Could it be she needs to devide the medicine to the same amount morning and night Can anyone talk about this? What medicines do some of you take that works best......

Sorry about that it is magnesium and b vitamins. I do take the calcium/vitd during the day but before my period I take the magnesium/bvitamins.

I'm the same way I have more the week before and during. That's how I know it is coming. Bumpy

I take magnesium/calcium/vit d right a few days before my period. it can help at times. Talk with your doctor about it first. Also have her hormones check and see if her progesterone is low. It can cause seizures if it is low. If so talk with her doctor about using a progesterone cream a natural one. If you have an epileptologist, they are more none to know about that. I take a very high dose of it right now. Dont know if it is helping or not for I have been changing my meds around.
