Is this a seizure?

About 2 months ago, I was driving my son to school and on my way, I rear-ended another car, then the rest of the drive was very scary-nearly hitting more cars. I got him to school, and I was driving home, but the next thing I knew Id hit a pole and it was 3 hours later. I have absolutely no memory of driving or where I went or what I did. I went to ER, then came home and was so exhausted I slept from 2pm till the next morning! I've had similar experiences at home - loosing my memory for a while, then eventually realizing I was exhausted and going to sleep for hours and hours.
If anyone can tell me if these were seizures, please let me know.
