Panic attacks or seizures? PLEASE ANSWER

I'm 17 right now, however when I was a toddler approx 4-5 I was dropped straight on my head from about 6-7 feet up onto concrete by a family friend. I was unconscious and was rushed to hospital. My pupils were pinpoint and I was diagnosed with a and concussion. Ever since then I've had "panic attacks". There random and have no triggers. Symptoms include nausea rapid heart rate and hyperventilating. There are 2 symptoms that worry me. The first is my whole body and muscles contracts and clench up, I shake, then it stops. It pulsates like that throughout the attack. I am awake and responsive during the episodes but have trouble following directions. And after the attacks I don't remember anything besides the fact I had an episode. School nurses haven't seen 'panic attacks' like mine before. Neither have my doctors. Before I go get an EEG I wanted to know if this is even a possible seizure?
