I am new to epilepsy. My history; March 2014 I had a seizure that resulted in the discovery of 2 meningiomas, one large in my right total lobe, and one tiny in the left frontal lobe. I had surgery to remove the large, tennis ball size, tumor, remained on Keppra for 6 months, had an eeg and all was declared fine. Fast forward a year to now and suddenly I have a series of seizures in one day. Is this typical? I am back on Keppra after seeing my Neurosurgeon and am waiting for tests to be ordered. I wondering if the tiny meningioma is causing the seizures or if it is something from the orginal surgery possibly? Any ideas?
