Hello to all that deal with our problem,
I just joined today and am trying to deal with the problems of this desease. I was first diagnosed while in the service in 1984. I had been doing pretty good untill I had to give up the career that I had started. Due to two automobile accidents and a long talk with my family I gave up driving. Staying home all day without any outside contact can take a toll on someones sanity.I am in the process of trying to find volunteer work to help occupy my time during the day. Without the support of a loving spouse I dont know If I could make it alone. The bouts of depression that come along every so often are the hardest to deal with.I hope that talking to others who deal with what we do will help me through the troubled times.
