Insight on epilepsy and SP

Hey guys I'm new here and wanted to know what you guys thought. I was DG with epeliptic migraines about 2 years ago. Basically I get a severe migraine and it triggers a seizure. Some time I pass out, others I don't. A few days ago I had an episode , not quite sure if it was a seizure. I had a really bad headache for the most of the day , then about 830pm I became light headed, confused and my hearing was going in and out with ringing. I became very disoriented my wife said and I was mumbling but not making sense, I remeber that much but then next thing I new I was sitting on the ground feeling very nauseated. Then about 2 mins later it subsided and I payed down and fell asleep. Usually I get the hearing going in and out and the blurred vision, but then I just pass out completely and have no remeberence of the entire even. I can remeber parts of my last one. Also I always thought I had sleep paralysis, but now I'm thinking possible seizures. It always happens when I'm very stressed or sleep deprived. I lay down to go to bed, then as I'm falling asleep my entire body will feel as if it's tingling or vibrating, I can't move, I clench my jaw or grind my teeth, hold my breath and sometime have visual and auditory hallucinations sometime I know when I have one and some time I only know the next day cuz my wife tells me what I was doing " all the stuff I described except hallucinations " then I'm severely fatigued the next day with a bad headache. Anyone experience this kind of SP or seizure in sleep? Any inside would be great. Thank you
