I don't know if I had a seizure and I'm scared

Last night, I was sound asleep and was awoken by my 8 month old crying for a bottle. I woke up fuzzy and got the baby and brought him downstairs to make the bottle. The next thing I knew the bottle was spilled all over the counter and the baby was on the floor crying!!!!! (thank God he is fine). I have no idea if I set him down or what happened but it was the scariest thing that has ever happened to me. I felt nauseous after and I have been exhausted and stressed all day today. I'm counting the minutes until I can go to sleep. I had 1.5 glasses of wine around 5 pm yesterday and went to sleep at 8 pm. Please help me! Was this a seizure?
