Doctor Appt without Military knowing?

Tue, 09/01/2015 - 13:49

I have been having seizures for a little over a year now I would say, only when I am asleep. It seems to happen at random times, so not every night. The worst part is I have recently reached my childhood dream in the military, which will come to an end for sure if I disclose my seizures. Also not only will I lose my dream, but I know I would be discharged from the military. I don't know what I would do if this were to happen, we have no money saved up and have two car payments.

My question is is it possible for me to make a appointment at a civilian hospital to have tests run without the military finding out? Also about how much would this cost out of pocket? I have a very amazing, supportive wife that I hate to put through this but idk what we would do without this income, in addition to me reaching my childhood dream. Thanks for any help
