Deja vu and panic attacks.. I feel like I'm going crazy

Tue, 09/20/2016 - 02:37
I'm a 30 year old female and I've been having horrible bouts of Deja vu and panic attacks. They aren't triggered by anything that I've noticed. But they seem to be coming out of no where. They also have been happening more frequently. I'll be hanging out with friends, or driving or sitting and watching tv and I get a sudden almost jolt which feels like Deja vu and then I get this overwhelming feeling of panic. My heart races, I feel sick to my stomach, dizzy, really disoriented, like I'm going to either cry or throw up. My anxiety feels like it's going through the roof. I've read a lot of things about this. I feel like I'm going crazy. I haven't seen a doctor yet but I was wondering if anyone else has had this and what was the result. I've discussed it with friends and I feel like they look at me like I'm crazy. I'm almost embarrassed to even talk to my doctor about it. Help!
