Worried parent

I have a special needs daughter with epilepsy along with a major brain from birth. She's had seizures since 8 weeks ago. Shes non verbal as far as everyday conversation so asking how she feels is impossible especially when it comes to the way she feels on theseach drugs. She takes Keppra, Lamictal, and Trileptal. She just had the keppra and Lamictal raised up. She's a zombie.....if anyone is on these what are the side affects you feel and how long do they last when meds are upped and hashe an increase ever caused more seizures?

after an increase it takes her body time to get used to the increase and therapeutic levels to reach the dosage the neurologist wants. It took a few days and up to a week and a half when changes we made took place and yes during those times I was zombie like or really weirding out.
