Without knowing all th different medications you have tried it is hard to give you much information. When my seizures weren't controlled as well as they are today I always asked Doc questions. I didn't go to forums. Doc is this the best medication for my seizures? Do we need to adjust the dosages? Would coupling my medication with another one help control my seizures better? Are there any procedures that might help me get better control?IIn each and every visit I had as many questions for him as he had for me. Discussing options that may be avilable tells them you want results and more control. But in order to be sure the changes or adjustments are working it takes time. It is not a 2-3 month thing. As the body gets used to the medication adjustments may be needed.Cal your neurologist and discuss this issue with them. I cam come up with the names of many different medications I have taken that worked at controlling my seizures. Another person can do the same thing.I hope this helpsJoe
