Numb tongue after seizure?

Wed, 08/12/2015 - 10:09

Hey, y'all! I've been having seizures since my birthday in March. (I've had 8-10, I believe.) The thing is, I sometimes bite my tongue, which is normal and usually heals up in a day or two. But this time when I came to, half or more of my tongue was completely numb, and still is 12+ hours later.

My question is: Will I regain feeling in my tongue or is this permanent damage? Is this normal?
