novelist with questions about Keppra and epilepsy

Fri, 12/09/2016 - 11:34
I am a published author at work on a young adult novel about an epileptic twelve-year-old boy who takes Keppra to prevent seizures and I have several questions regarding this. Can anyone describe the side effects of Keppra? What does it feel like to take this medicine? What other medicines is it often combined with? What would a seizure feel like when taking Keppra versus being unmedicated? Also, if you have epilepsy, is it possible to someday discover a frontal lobe lesion? I appreciate any help you can provide!! Best, Ann
