Medication Side Effects

I'm on a very high dose of both Trileptal (1200m/day) and Depakote (1500m/day). I was wondering if anyone has been on this combination and dealt with the side effects? The mixture of these leaves me exhausted on a daily basis. Has anyone else had that?

I m on 600 milligrams Trileptal twice a day because of having break through grand mal epilepsy on 300 + 600 Trileptal when I lowered my klonipin .My epilepsy caused by central nervous system lupus in addition to Advanced glaucoma also being caused by lupus. I once took Depakote and lost most of my hair and developed severe Tremor in my right hand. That's when I got put on Trileptal. At the time I was misdiagnosed as bipolar and when they realize I've never had anything but dissociative disorder, they corrected my diagnoses to correct my psychogical picture to a traumatically misdiagnosed prone 76 year old who sur ived sevely mistreated by misdiagnosed by psychiatric doctors since first hospitalised by psychiactric hospistals in Dallas at 18 for 1 year, with 50 est treatments and 82 insulin treatments. Their 1st long term hospitalizaTion.their resident doc who was doc who administered est's while I was violently beggi g them not to, so had to be held down by 7 staff people. He waz mu therapist to. Kind ,trying toearn why I was terrified of seei g my mom when they tried to visit. .. duh guess why but I didn's know until in 40's.Had become DID and didn't know until good therapy by Rev.Dr. Bonnie Ring. Leading to otber dr csndia smith with adv. Training in. EMDR 5 yrs resjlted in end of DID. Msdx by resident in UCSF seizure observation study in 2012 w/dr shih in cbarge. Misdx by resident sent to 6 docs for my care, caused dr smith to misnudge me, also my psychiatrist dr Singh whose boss dr marc levine was dr who had become my saving doc from my malpracti e successful lawsuit, dr andrew whyman in sf CPMC name now., sued dr whyman who was expelled, also doc in charge of psyc unit thers, he was kind tbough.Damaged me grievously but othed sidei in depositions threatened me so lawyers settled out of courd much too low for my damage... alwYs wary of misdxxx..... now 76, a SeculR franciscan, forgiving person ...Too painful to continue.
