I NEED GUANFACINE,PLEASE HELP ME URGENTLY!

Is anyone taking a medication called Tenex(Guanfacine)or knows where to get it?I need it urgently.Ive hard it can help with flushing,headaches,rages and behavioural problems.Ive tried many medications and nothing has helped me.I live in Australia and its not available here yet. If someone is using it or can buy it would i please be able to give you payment plus shipping costs with my credit card and you mail it to me,any amount.I have highly distressing unusual symptoms of tingling/pins and needles in feet,sharp headache at forehead,stomach grumbling/strange movement,strange "energy moving" feeling going down my arms causing slight muscle weakness,tingling in hands,muscle trembling/tremors/twitches,waves of cold chills,spontaneous crying or uncontrollable anger -overreacting/taking thinks the wrong way etc,cxonfusion/disorientation,poor memory,huge noise sensitivity,internal tremors,strong pulsating in stomach,both carotid arteries,temporal arteries mainly the right but very rarely the left too. Also i occasionally have pulsating in the lower back,feet and fingertips.These episodes last from approximately 2minutes to two hours and involve all the above symptoms and they never stop ie:hundreds of episodes day and night. Two eegs i had showed slowing over the right temporal lobe,another one was reported as normal.A pet scan said hypometabolism over both temporal lobes. Ive tried neurontin,epilim,tegretol,lamictal,sinemet,lexapro,zyprexa,seroquel,magnesium injections,proprananol,sandomigran,sumatriptan,aspirin,panadeine,prozac,effexor,catapre s,valium,xanax,keppra,ritalin,diamox,various herbs and vitamins,therapy,acupuncture,chiropractor,prayer etc and nothing has helped at all.I want to commit suicide.
