Help ! No one knows what i have.

Hello, my name is Vlad and i'm 27 years old. Last night after a lot of stress and deadlines i had in that day and few days before I made a seizure, first it started right after i finished my projects, My eye sight got a little hazy, it was like i couldn't see exactly where i was looking, i have been seeing lights, but wasn't really that annoying, then i started feeling my head, my left side of the head, no pain yet, just felt a push on it, so i wen't to sleep just to get up after 3 hours with a massive headache on the left side of my head, i felt like it was blowing. My arms and fingers were numb and the numbness kept on going on and off. I ocasionally couldn't speak properly, i had the words in my head and when they came out they were random letters and it was really frustrating, the pain was constant for 2-3 hours when i finally got to sleep because i was simply wasted from all the panic and frustration. I got up today in the morning and i still feel my left side of the head but its not hurting anymore, only if i move my head or cough. I am taking depakine pills for more than 4 years now and the doctor is treating me for epilepsy but she is not sure what the diagnostic is. I'm not sure if i can do this anymore without know what i have. I brain tumor ? Epilepsy ? A virus ? I'm a digital painter, my job is to stay in front a screen and paint, i simply cannot lose this, and hazy eye sight and numbness in arms is not very encouraging, please help !
