SeanYes each and every medication a person takes has side effects. There are many medications that all work. I have taken about 20 different medications. Now the person you need to talk to about which medication to go to is her neurologist, He already knows the other medications that can be used to treat her seizures best. He knows the medications she takes and the medications she currently.I have always asked questions about a different medication. IS this the best medication for my seizures. Will this medication affect my other medications? I hope this helps and she gets the medications she needsJoe
