Sleep Seizures

My name is Emily, I have had seizures for a year and a half, after a tramatic brain injury. Recently, a new problem developed. I believe I am having seizures in my sleep. The other night, I woke up at 2:30 AM to horrible back pain on my left side. I did not do anything out of the ordinary during the night. I have complex, absense, partial, photosensitve and grand mal seizures. I keep waking up with muscle pains and I am very tired during the day.
Have any of you ever had these experiences? What medications did you find helpful?
