Psychic ability in child with epilepsy

Thu, 03/10/2016 - 11:51
I have been doing a ton of reading and I am hoping someone here can help me. My daughter is 9 years old. Diagnosed with focal epilepsy at age 2. On January 1st 2015 my mom suddenly passed away. She was my daughter's world. After having my daughters seizures well controlled for 6 years, 12 days after my mother passed she suddenly had a drop seizure and from then until August of this year she was having temporal lobe type seizures. We switched her meds and although things have gotten better it's not great. She now has troubles sleeping and enegy leveles are very up and down all day. She has also been diagnosed with Global Developmental Delay. She functions at about a 3 year old level and speech is limited. To the point of my question. We always wondered if she was a "sensitive" but lately strange things. Toys in her room will go off in the middle of the night only toys my mom bought her, she will tell me about "gran's on couch"! Strangest of all, my sister in laws mother has been very ill with terminal cancer. My daugter knows nothing about this but is close with her and calls her grandma, I got a call from my brother yesterday afternoon saying she had only days left to live. 3 hours later my daughter was sitting on her bed really quiet. I went in and sat beside her. She grabbed my arm and wraped it around her. And she said "dying... in bed". Today she keeps saying "doctor, hospital". Anyo e else out there with this experience? Not sure what to make of all of it.
