Lamictal and suicidal thoughts/migranes

Mon, 05/09/2011 - 12:25
Hello, everybody. Since taking Lamictal, my thoughts have become severe. I used to think about suicide before, but now after taking this medication for my Epilepsy, I started having more of these thoughts and headaches. I would cut myself. Think of killing myself with a shotgun. These were obviously undesirbale thoughts. I was just wondering if anybody else has experienced these things. I know that only 1 in 500 people get this side effect from Lamictal. Does anybody also have any advice?

Same here, massive migraines every day. My apartment is dark because too much light makes it hurt worse. I feel more depressed since I have been on this Med, antidepressant meds made me dizzy and I passed out while taking them so I had to stop. Now I just have to deal with it all on my own.
