Understanding Epilepsy...

Hi, my name is Sidney and I am 27 years old. I started have seizures about almost 5 years ago and was diagnosed with Absence Seizures/Epilepsy. In the begining, my friends and family would tell me that I would do the oddest things. Me and my best friend was at a bar one day and she told that I knocked over my drink and tried to eat the ice off the counter. I would slobber on myself and my eyes would sometimes roll to the back of my head and I'm unresponsive. Now them telling me this once confused me cause its like I'm blacked out. I really don't know I'm doing these kinds of things. Went to see a neurologist and she told me I was having absence seizures. Got an MRI and a EEG, she told my left side of brain was 'survere' , but no damages. Tried to keep record of my actions and yes stress 'sometimes' causes and my doc also told me to stop drinking alcohol. Only beer and wine (not that I'm a alcoholic or anything). That did help stop the often seizure. The ones that were everyday and 3 times a day. Was also told that marijuana helps. Not a big weed smoker, but I would take a hit once and be cool for a week. I'm just wondering if anyone got the same symptoms that I'm getting. Like urinate on yourself at night or even during a seizures. Have that feeling that your gonna have a seizure or an alert. Do crazy things like try to eat things or is your mind in 'lala land'? I ended up being allergic to 2 of the meds I was subscribed to and 3 years later, I'm terrified to take anything else. I've been coming to the website for 2 years now trying doing research and learning about peoples different seizures and today I've had 2 seizures in one day and a seizure yesterday that lasted 15 minutes my boyfriend said. Please give me detail...thank you.
