surgery effects

hello my name is justin and i am new to this site. i started to have siezures when i was 15 years old. i went thru the whole trial and error of meds. then i 2002 i was offered surgery. i agreed and under went a lower temperal lobe ectimy on my right side. i have noticed that as time passed my memory is getting worse. but its not a constant thing there are days when you wouldnt even know and then the days i put food in the microwave and forget about it. when its bad i cant even fabricate a simple conversation. i have noticed my moods change constantly and quickly. if anyone on here has or did have this i am looking for sum help on it. thanks

i am coming up for my second surgery. after the surgery my memory got worse, especially with words. it turned out it was the medicine they continued after the surgery. but your sort term memory loss might be absence seizures, talk to the doctors.
