Seizure after 1 and a half years

I have had 7 seisures in my life on an averege of one a year, they are food allergies, I had one first in 2007 and my last seizure was on Jan 2nd 2014, until today, I had one today....
My seizures were being caused by food allerigies- I found out after keeping a food diary that gluten, nutmeg, heavy food at night time( now I eat by 6) were all tiggeres and I complely eliminated all these and did not have a seizure till today aka April 3rd 2015 and yesterday I had both paprika and caynne spices in my food, I was trying to cook ethipoian style food and these spices were called for, I usually am very careful and always googe everything but since it has been such a long time I guess i got lax and ate without reserching, actually I had both spices 2 days in a row one after the other....
I am writing this for others who might have food allergies like me and also to find out if anyone else here has had similar reaction like mine.
