low blood pressure after a seizure
Sat, 10/14/2006 - 19:24I was just wondering if anyone has suffered from low blood pressure after a TC (grand mal) seizure.
I had one last tuesday and my blood pressure apperently was very low after. I did have an infection and temperature so I am not sure if that was anything to do with it.
In the past my blood pressure is usually goes up after a seizure, then goes down a while later. It did take 50 minutes for the ambulace to arive so may be it was high but dropped low by the time they arrived.
I was just wondering if it could have been low due to the seizure.
My blood pressure was still pretty low even when I got discharged from hospital the day after.

I have tonic clonic seizures in clusters but my blood pressure never goes up I wonder why?
