Loss of Joint Custody Based on Epilepsy

Sun, 02/21/2016 - 18:14
Hi there! My husband (stroke victim) and I (epileptic) are divorcing after 8 years of marriage. His stroke created rage episodes that would trigger my stress to increase and I had 5 seizures in a short time. I told him In Dec. I couldn't do it anymore. He sought 296 days custody and was awarded it based on the age of our child (under 10). I need to find advocates people who can and are willing to do medical testimony for myself. 4 days a month with my son is too little. He won't have the ability to choose where he lives until 5 years from now. Any information would be so helpful. Thank u.
