My name is Katherine and I have epilepsy. 5 years ago I had my first seizure and it was a grand mal seizure and then 4 years ago had my second seizure. The dr put me on keppra and I haven't had any more seizures. My eeg was normal and so was my ct scan and mri so I don't really know what caused my seizures. My dr thinks it was dehydration from not drinking enough water. Just wanted to introduce myself.

The only thing I tell most people especially with your condition I'm happy for you, "exercise" seems alot of anything wrong with our bodys. The darn thing can sneek back up on you. Don't ever let it beat you in your life. Exersice helped me for a whole year then I stopped, and they came right back. Good Luck
