Epilepsy Survey!

Tue, 03/31/2015 - 14:22

Hi everyone- My name is Sammi and I'm currently earning my MS in Health Communication at Tufts University. I'm working on creating a transition guide for college students with epilepsy. I know many of you are out of college but if you are between ages 18-27, have epilepsy, and have been to college, and are a U.S. citizen, you can take my survey. (Or if you know someone who may be interested- please pass it on!)

By taking this survey, you can help thousands of older teenagers/young adults navigate the world of college successfully while still maintaining their health and seizure control.

Thank you so much and I look forward to reading the results! http://bit.ly/1HhB5vR
